这飞机是在学校实习工厂做的吧？
螺栓不对，建议还是用标准航空螺栓吧，一般螺栓很容易在螺牙处断裂，且您那螺栓都太长。
如要用尼龙螺丝帽，最好再加厌氧胶固定。
三角板最好要倒角较安全。

我看了，主要问题是螺栓，应当使用标准的，螺栓连接的地方应该放垫块，与管子外径圆弧配合，管子内部也要放圆柱型的垫块让螺栓穿过这些垫块，连接件和管子。使用带自锁螺母，然后用专用罗纹胶固定。注意别忘了加平垫圈和弹簧垫！大螺栓要加开口销子！

handshake.gif 佩服，我一直想做。可是材料不好买，加工我倒不怕，我是搞数控的。发动机也不好弄。用摩托车发动机代替不知道怎么改。
